Your wide-ranging and exciting responsibilities cover:
- providing support to the marketing and sales teams for advance sales activities,
- gathering technical customer feedback and understanding their needs.

Alongside this, you will:
- provide your technical expertise to our local entity,
- contribute to products design improvements both from a software and hardware perspective,
- bring expert knowledge on our high end electric tightening products –in an increasingly connected world

As a person, you have a degree in Electronics or Software and advanced technical competences in the
field of mechanics, hardware, software and technical support. You communicate fluently in Japanese and
have a good level of English.

Some global travelling is required for this position – our head office is based in France and we have a
worldwide reach across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
